image Country Estates of Cedar Ridge Park's Great Starting Price, Extras, Prove You Can Have It All !

Country Estates of Cedar Ridge Park, the new Rodrock Development community at 165th and Ridgeview Road in Olathe, is giving buyers real reasons to put the community on their short list. "With our low $210,000s starting price; proven, award-winning locally and family owned developer and builder; outstanding recreational amenities; free kitchen appliance upgrades; Moms Council events; and proximity to great schools, there's never been a better time to make a move," says Ann Carty, community manager of Country Estates.

Country Estates of Cedar Ridge Park's tranquil rural setting seems miles apart from fast-paced urbanity, yet less than five minutes away are new shopping and business office developments. When 167th Street is completed, it will be only a direct five-minute drive to the Heritage Park golf course and park.

Free gourmet kitchen upgrades are being offered with every home, for a limited time. Buyers receive free GE CleanSteel kitchen appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. Also included is a granite-topped kitchen island.

Homes in Country Estates include two-story and split-level plans featuring three or four bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. Well-appointed master suites feature European-style dual-head walk-in shower, soaker tubs, dual vanities and large walk-in closet. The two-story Westbrook features double French doors leading to the master. The Brady, an atrium split, features formal living and family rooms. The Parker, a front-to-back split-level features vaulted-ceiling living room with fireplace, and a walk-in kitchen pantry. The new 4-bedroom Tiffany is a two-story plan featuring formal dining room, an inviting kitchen, and generous master suite.

Exclusive builder Rodrock Homes has distinguished itself with its' Design Freedom concept, welcoming buyer input, and delivering extras-from energy-efficiency upgrades and custom cabinetry, to a 2/10 warranty, and other finish details-all included in the home's base pricing. Also included in the homes' price are custom ash, birch, beech or oak cabinetry; bedroom fan wiring; 30-year 5-tab roofing and a 2/10 Warranty.

Choice home sites are available, including some daylights, and some sites large enough to accommodate a 3-car garage. In addition to shopping, restaurants, offices and golf courses, the Olathe Medical Center and the Executive Airport are nearby. Community amenities include a water park with infinity pool and cabana; pergola-covered grill and picnic areas; a large playground-all of which will be ready to open in time for the 2008 summer season; and year-round Rodrock Development Moms Council events designed to encourage neighbors to get to know each other and have fun.

Area schools are another plus. The little-known Spring Hill School District is on the technological cutting edge. Three new schools are within minutes of Country Estates, serving grades K through 5. New middle and high schools are also nearby. Land bordering Cedar Ridge Park is also slated for a future private parochial school and church.

The new Spring Hill High School opened this year, and utilizes Internet-based programs to enhance subject matter. LCD display screens and VHS and DVD players are in every classroom. Laptop computers are available for check out. District-wide, Spring Hill offers an enviable student-to-teacher ratio, and a challenging college prep curriculum.
