Home Swap or 50% Off Buyer Upgrade Programs Attracting Buyers

Two innovative programs are attracting homebuyers to Dorset Village at Manchester Park, Rodrock Development's new Lenexa community: the unique Home Swap program, or the option of shaving 50% off of buyer-specified upgrades (up to $25,000 worth). Dorset Village at Manchester Park, with homes priced from the $270,000s to the $320,000s, is one of the very few Lenexa communities east of K-7 in this price range. Exclusive builder Rodrock Homes created the innovative Home Swap option to help buyers of select homes make a move now while avoiding the hassles and delays that can accompany selling an existing home. The other option, Rodrock Homes' Make it Yours! program, helps buyers realize the home of their dreams by saving a significant 50% on buyer-specified upgrades (up to $25,000 worth). "Dorset Village is a peaceful little corner of the world and an outdoor lovers' dream," says Hadel. Future walking trails will one day link the to the trail systems of the newly opened Lake Lenexa complex, which is two blocks away, and Johnson County's pristine Shawnee Mission Park and its many acres of recreational amenities, which is only five minutes away. Major interstate highway access is three minutes away.

With only 40 home sites, Dorset Village at Manchester Park is surely a small community by today's standards. Only twenty-six choice home sites remain, some backing to dedicated woodlands, some featuring walkout lower levels, many on cul-de-sac streets.

The newer Manchester Elementary School is located right in the community. Dorset Village is also served by nearby Olathe School District Schools, including Prairie Trail Middle School and Olathe Northwest High School.
